Which Internet-browser should I use?

The applications within the website are compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x with standard preferences (PDF, 147 KB). Older Versions or other browsers (Firefox/Mozilla, Netscape, Safari, Opera) may cause content elements to shift to unwanted positions.

I use Apple Mac. Does that have an influence?

Yes, it does. HAWA-Systemplanner is not fully supported.

I see place-holders instead of animations. What can I do?

Please download the necessary plug-in (Flash-Player) following these instructions (PDF, 147 KB).

I see blank pages when starting up HAWA-Systemplanner and/or HAWA-Productfinder. What could be the reason?

Browser: Please adjust the security level following these
instructions (PDF, 147 KB).
Firewall: High security settings. Please speak to your IT-staff. *aspx-applications need to be allowed in order to run the HAWA-Productfinder and HAWA-Systemplanner. aspx are standard applications that bear no security risks.
